LNG Redux
Well, well, well. What do you know. It's our old friend the LNG tanker. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this thing
from the airplane. Some of you may remember this ship from the blog I did last year when I worked periodically out of an office on Lewis Wharf. Well, there it is. This guy was lurking off the
coast of Gloucester, presumably waiting for the next tanker to come in to refill. I apologize that the picture is so terrible,
but I was shooting at the limit of my lens through an airplane window and then a stream of jet exhaust so it was a pretty
challenging situation.
Anyway, see how clear and bright the scene looks? That's because it was a nice day, although a bit misty. It was basically
a clear day all across the Atlantic until we were like 50 miles out of Shannon. Then, this is what we were greeted with.

Goodbye Boston
I know, I went from being secretly here to leaving. I was really busy. But that doesn't mean I don't have
a few more things in store for you. I do.
Here, on Boston Common, is the gate that leads across to Boston Garden where the Swan boats are and stuff.
Notice the plaques on each side of the gate?
As I was walking past the one on the right, I noticed that it was from the British Royal Navy. That lead me
to wonder what was on the one on the right. Because I get a kick out of this kind of stuff, you can check out both of them.
I guess that sort of speaks for itself, right? Anyway, I'll leave you with a shot of Boston from the hotel I stayed at,
the Hyatt Harborside.
